Hi Guys,

I have recently started running a game for a squad of clone troopers and I was wondering if you could point me in the direction of some adventures that might be siutable for this military style campaign?

...The basic "Shoot & Loot" (i.e., shoot anything that moves, grab anything that doesn't) is probably the best to begin for such a group. As the game proceeds & characters perhaps become more defined, other missions--perhaps Law Enforcement-style missions on a newly-taken world--could be an option.

I agree. Start the game out with a warzone where your characters get to mow through a bunch of battle droids, then after you have had a session or two like that, you might have a better idea of what your players characters are good at and you can create missions that make use of those talents.

I just sat through all three Seasons of the Clone Wars TV series and there's plenty of ideas you can use as inspiration.

I'd go check out this episode in particular:

http://www.starwars.com/theclonewars/guide/episode016.html

in which a clone goes bad; he's sells out the jedi cause he genuinely believes that clones deserve more than simply being republic meatshields. It's heroic to step up and defend your country/planet/intergalactic government. it's something else if you're bred and programmed for it.

I actually sympathise with the guy.

You could have a traitor in your Trooper's Platoon that's bringing them all in to disrepute, and your PCs could be trying to discreetly uncover their plot without bringing in the Jedi or letting the traitor know they're on his scent. In the course of their adventure really confront them with his point of view; they might go rogue, or actively choose to be defenders (making them real genuine heroes).

It is interesting how Lucas had the clones "engrained" with loyalty above all... Yet here is a clone selling out Jedi in the war.

Other sessions that could be good are:

Search and Rescue: Some needs to be saved
Reinforce Point: A Flank or line is going down and it needs backup
Behind Enemy Lines: They need to sneak behind and blow stuff up, and then get back

Hmmmm, . . . Maybe Operation: Elrood? Operation: Elrood follows a small group of Rebels operating in the Elrood sector. Supernova is another one that you might be able to do something with, it has a collection of short adventures on a world who's star is going supernova and a group of Rebels operating on the planet.

One of the details in the Incredible Cross-Sections book was that the Kaminoan cloning facilities included security vehicles whose mission was to identify clones exhibiting aberrant behavior, stun them, and extract them from the general clone population. It's a definite indicator that quality control for clone loyalty was an ongoing process, and likely not 100% effective. It is ultimately possible that, however stringent the loyalty imprinting may be, someone is going to slip through the cracks, or have that programming shifted by that particular clone's experience once they are out in the real world.

In the same way that you get clones with physical defects - see 99, the janitor Clone in the TV episode "Clone Cadets" - clones with loyalty or mental defects are to be expected.

ccatkins, you could look at "Rules of Engagement - Rebel SpecForce Handbook" and where ever it has Imperial forces just switch them out with stats for Seperatist forces. There's heaps of info on running missions and campaigns so I reckon it'd be a great help. There's also a random mission generator.
