Carry it out to it's logical conclusion with the special abilities of other species. See which ones might m,ake the best spies, and so forth. |

There is a lot of potential for both ideas. Palpatine has a definite track record of quarantining (for lack of a better word) certain races that are potentially useful, threatening or both. Miraluka, with the Force sight, could very easily be the kind of race that Palpatine would like to keep out of the public eye, while making use of their abilities. On the one hand, there could be unscrupulous or mercenary Miraluka who use their Force sight to work for Palpatine in a manner as you suggest: seeking out Jedi and other Force sensitives. Some could even progress to full Dark Adept status, ala Jerec of the Jedi Knight video game. On the other hand, political dissident Miralukans (or even random Miralukans grabbed off the street) could be subjected to experimental conversions that turn them into little more than mindless animals who are used as "Jedi detectors" by elite Imperial Jedi-hunter teams. _________________ "No set of rules can cover every situation. So what would be some ideas for more detailed rules of Miraluka Force sight? The stat write-up is rather vague... _________________ "No set of rules can cover every situation.
