How about Jack Sparrow? Ok, seriously though, how about Jerrick Shadow? How about Zoltros Blackbeard? How about Haggen Steelfist(cyborg arm)? How about Keltos the swashbuckler? _________________ Great is the Lord and most worthy of praise; his greatness no one can fathom. Psalm 145:3 |

How about Dayanar or Dynar? They both end in "nar" to show the family link to Ragnar. _________________ "Mind what you have learned. Save you it can." --Yoda

The kid's brash so I think you should keep the name short, like Rune, Meis, kipp, Van, Wren, Rhen, Ren, Tiris, I can go on and on... _________________ "I don't know about angels, but it's fear that gives men wings." -Max Payne

Or even a play on Ragnar…
Something like Ragnas, or Ragnik.
But then again, naming has never been my forte. _________________ "My schooling not only failed to teach me what it professed to be teaching, but prevented me from being educated to an extent which infuriates me when I think of all I might have learned at home by myself." - George Bernard Shaw |

well Crell came up with Rathgar or Rithnar... and so far these two are high up on my list... what do you guys think?
oh and as for Ragnar's daughter... i thought about it but i'd rather play a male because it's easier for me. |

I like them both, they both harken to their lineal progenitor.
As for the playing a women thing, I can total understand, I never could “get into the character’ when ever I have played a chick. _________________ "My schooling not only failed to teach me what it professed to be teaching, but prevented me from being educated to an extent which infuriates me when I think of all I might have learned at home by myself." - George Bernard Shaw |

"Bob" has been a common choice for my group... Mainly for NPCs, however... And usually thrust upon them by the PCs.
"I don't care to remember your name, so now you're Bob." "No it isn't." *Pulls out Big Arse Blaster* "You were saying?" "Hello, my name is Bob, how can I help you?" |

For those type of folk we usual called them Mr. Face...short for Buttface. _________________ "My schooling not only failed to teach me what it professed to be teaching, but prevented me from being educated to an extent which infuriates me when I think of all I might have learned at home by myself." - George Bernard Shaw |

Come on, Rag. I was just giving the suggestion always is the reply to the "What do I name my new character?" question.
I kinda drifted off, I admit, but still, technically, on topic. ("Stay on Topic..." "I got a problem here..." "Stay on topic..." "I got a problem." "Pull up!!!" "Stay on topic..." "Pull up!" "I got it..." "Stay on topic..." "AHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!" *Boom*)
And certainly "Face" would work as well... Heck, you can even fob it off to a wasted youth watching the A-Team! |

You could always go with Junior
Also I note that the character Ragnar has had genetic tampering... will these 'upgrades' be passed on to any progeny? |
