If i got behind that, i would say every D above attribute they increased their blaster skill.

Note that gives two characters with the same blaster skill (say 6D) and with different attributes (say DEX 2D and DEX 4D) different numbers of familiarity. And the character with the lower DEX has better familiarity. It seems odd that the lower DEX is an advantage.

That would be cause the lower dex guy has spent more time using the skill.. while the higher dex guy is just that much better all around.

I get your point, though technically it is more CPs spent (which may mean more training time), but not necessarily more time using the skill. |
