Adventure idea input needed

Well crap... We were all set to begin play; managed to play one very short introductory session and then... Well she's not seen Episodes 1-6 in a very timely fashion, or only saw bits and pieces of them, or saw them so long ago that she doesn't remember them so we sat down over a few days and watched all 6 of them.

After watching RotJ as the final credits are rolling she turns to me and says "I think I'd rather play a jedi."

back to the drawing board I went. I have an idea for a young jedi campaign that we started up. She's finished her character and we played through the beginnings of the game. I'll post more details here in a different thread when I have time if anyone is interested.
