The rest of their faces, of course! Or rather, the fact that all they have is a pair of floating, glowing eyes. There's nothing else under those hoods... 
I keep flashing back to the Marvel Zombies storyline. Man, that was some nasty stuff. To have ALL the super powered individuals infected within 24 hours? DAY-UM!!! |

One thing that you have to remember is that as a GM you have full liscense to do what you want with the timeline. if you want them to communicate in hyperspace, then they can  Its just not done in the movie version of the timeline.
