Hmmm I hadn't checked the character sheets. I naturally assumed Tiny would be at a disadvantage due to Rahallu's longer game time and more character points earned. Also he'd have had the ability to get more equipment than Tiny.
However why don't you pick the terrain that way you can pick an envirionment more suited to Rahullu's skills than Tiny's and that should even the odds.

That'd work but the fight would be exceptionally comical to watch.
I doubt Rahallu would be able to swing his arms/blades harde enough in the limited space to use his strength to full effect.
