Actually, the Cook does have 1D in Blaster as well as something in Brawl. After all, the character is a member of the military and should have skills to reflect that. I agree that the character should have Brawling Parry. With that said, you dont always have to have a skill to use an item associated with that skill.

PS: There is an upgraded version of the character as well, I just posted the baseline version of most of the stats I'd been working on to show everyone what I have been working on.

The Mechanic character however has a blaster but no dice in it. I'll get that fixed right now.

Where would stats for the Imperial elites, like advisors, moffs, grand moffs and such be located?

Imperial Elites dont have enough information for me to feel safe building a set of custom stats for them. I'm under the impression that they are little more than Elite Stormtroopers, . . . . And I have done stats for Elite Stormtroopers.

Imperial Advisors will appear in the Support Personnel pdf (Or you can take a look at the stats above where I posted them for review.)

Moffs, Grand Moffs, Generals, Admirals, etc. are all part of a larger group that I see as too important to have a "Generic" stat block. If my players were going to encounter one of those types of character, I would make a unique character for the role. For that matter, I have tried to avoid doing anything more important than a squad leader unless there was already official stats for the character.

Well, the number of cooks (both civ and mil) i know who are good in bar fights (brawl) or tossing knives (melee/thrown weapons) is rather high..

And great work for all of this my man... Love the PDFs..

Do you think the Brawl/Brawling Parry should be higher? I kind of like the idea of giving the cook Thrown Weapons as well.

I'm glad that you like the project. When I first started this, I wasnt sure if anyone was going to be interested, but the response has been surprisingly positive so far. There's been over 50 downloads of the Stormtroopers PDF so far!
