International Talk-Like-A-Pirate Day isn't until September 19th, but I admire your enthusiasm.

Mojome, I would like a copy as well, please.

Mojomoe, I know all the cool kids are doing it, but I'm going to go against the grain here and state I would not like an advance copy now.

I would like a completed final copy, whenever it's ready, absolutely no rush. I will save it on my computer and have it there for quick reference, and then I will also print a copy (black and white), have it bound with sturdy glossy color covers, and browse through it at my leisure. Then I will put the printed copy on my bookshelf with my other galaxy guides.

You've been a cook kid since Episode 3 of the podcast.

Just giving a progress update.

Force section is finished! Still humming along, now ploughing into final edits and formatting. Other than PDF creation this is the final stage of production.

As part of the introduction to The Old Republic, I'm writing a foreword on Eras of Play and how to deal with stats from different periods in history.

As such, I am proposing the following updated Eras of Play set:

Thoughts? It's designed to be forward-compatible. I was hoping that if enough people got behind this it could potentially gain ground to become the adopted era delineator for REUP and D6 in general.

I thought the Great Galactic War started 300 years after the Jedi Civil War and that there was a brief time of peace during those three centuries.

We should wait until the Sequel Trilogy comes out and we get the timeline from AOTC to ROTJ completely sorted out before doing anything with those.

I don't care much about Infinities, and I think that should be discarded completely.

Otherwise, I'm fine with this.

So are you proposing a new era between the Civil War and the Great Galactic War?

Hi Mojomoe,

Never received the PDF draft you mentioned you would send. Sent you my email via PM.

Are you holding off until you finish something before sending out?

Thanks.

Assuming Infinities is the alternate history "what if" of the Star Wars milieu, I'm in favor of keeping it open. Each GM has his or her own alternate universe already. There will always be material that falls under this heading. If its not your cup of tea, that's fine, but it already exists, groups do play in "Infinities" settings now.

Hi, I'm a long time member but never posted anything on the forum. But then I saw this and..oh man, I'm about to start a new campaign revolving around KOTOR 2 and was homebrewing some of the rules to make it more...playable.

Do you mind If I ask for you a copy of this? I'd love to help you in any way possible to make this supplement see the light Razz

On the topic of the great galactic war, the Jedi civil war was a small part of it. It was ment to weaken the republic with revans sith empire serving the emperor. The years after would be filled with subtle manitpulations of the republic to also weaken them. In fact I would consider that the great galactic war includes the mandolarian war as well since the sith empire set them against the republic
