Really like the idea that you can list credits seperately on there.

My favorite sheet's always been the Tales of the Jedi sheet I found somewhere. I modified it to be more generic and it's in RTF (rich text format) so anyone with Microsoft Word or the Microsoft Word Viewer (free here) can print it. Those with Word can edit it to type in their characters before printing, for a cleaner look.

I find it very complete. Here's a link.
