I own the Truce at Bakura Sourcebook and i want to play this part of Star Wars history with my Group but i have a few "Problems"

1. Are there any official oder unoffical adventures who have this struggle on the subject? I did not find anyting Sad

2. I found 3 Sites and every site had different Information about the Military strength the three fractions possess. Where i find the correct one?

Thank you in advance for your support

I suspect the trouble you are having is because there is no official total given, it's novel after all, so a lot of the details like this are not important to the plot.

I'm guessing the Sourcebook doesn't have this information? (they sometimes do)

If you don't already have it you could mybe try the Essential Guide to Warfare, it might contain such info (I'm sure someone else who has it can confirm or deny its relevant contents)

Otherwise you are left with going with whichever of the sources you have already looked at you think is right/can live with. Often this is the best that can be done and, on the plus side, the fact that you couldn't find accurate info means the players definitely won't know.

Here is what I found on Wookieepedia and verified with the novel and sourcebook:

Alliance Taskforce
1 Quasar Fire-class cruiser, Flurry, carrying 20 X-wings, 3 A-wings and 4 B-wings
1 CR90 corvette, Ullet
5 Corellian Gunships: Ensaiav, Ghorman's Honor, Mastala, Telsor, Walerv
Millennium Falcon

Imperial Assets
Outersystem outposts: Bakura-6 colony, Orbital Repair Platform
1 Carrack-class cruiser, Dominant
6 Corellian Gunships
3 Marauder-class corvettes
5 IR-3F Patrol Craft: Digit/Bakura II, Digit/Bakura III, Digit/Bakura V, Digit/Bakura VI
72 TIE Fighters
5 TIE Bombers

Ssi-ruuvi Invasion Fleet
1 Shree-class cruiser, Shriwirr
4 Wurrif-class cruisers
20 Fw'Sen-class pickets
1,300 Swarm-class battle droids

The Essential Guide to Warfare briefly mentions:
Quote:
A Rebel task force made up of the captured Ssi-ruuvi Shree-class battle cruiser Sibwarra...and a dozen Nebulon-B frigates would later push their way into the Ssi-ruuvi Imperium--only to discover the battered remnants of a domain that had already been devastated by [the Chiss].

As far as adventures, you probably won't find much as the Ssi-ruuk stayed out of the known galaxy until Emperor Palpatine's death.

Though WEG did put out a "Truce at Bacura" source book, one thing i was really irked about is there is NO Mechanics for their Entechment process. Just a write=up of what it is and what it is used for..

Getting captured and enteched would be a nasty fate for pcs.. Especially since there are no rules for what happens when you are enteched..

Are you auto-killed as your life force gets sucked out into the machine you power?
Is there some resistance rolls you can try? If so, what skill(s) are used?
Is the operator of the Enteching device rolling something to use it? If so, what?
Is that an opposed roll?

If it's started successfully (and doesn't get resisted), how quickly does someone "Die" as their life force is sucked out into the awaiting machine?

IF a pc Does get enteched into the machine, can they exhert any control over said machine? Or is he 'slaved' to what ever master unit controls them all??

I'd probably give a stamina roll to see how long the body holds out.

Then a Willpower roll to see how long the soul can hold on to the body.

For heroic PCs, it'd be 1 day per point rolled. To give the other players a chance to rescue their captured mate.

SO mooks get enteched immediately, but PC's get in essence a script immunity for possibly weeks?

Maybe. It depends. A mook probably would get dealt with quickly because most have low stamina and willpower. I suppose it would depend most on how important the NPC is.

It's not script immunity. It's a race against the clock. How long can the PC hold out while his friends try to rescue him?

How much time gets burnt up in hyperspace travel alone?

There should be some chance to rescue the character, don't you think? It builds up drama and gives players a sense of urgency, what if the captured player rolls really badly? He's got just a few days before the character is lost.

Yea, its called get on the ship to rescue him before the Ssi-ruvi Entech him...
But that's how i see it. Much like if the PC's know a comrade who's been captured and is slated to be executed by getting tossed into a "Disintegration chamber", have only till he's PUSHED IN to save him...

From what I recall of the novels, the entenchment chair or device or whatever was akin to torture, heavily seated in the dark side. To me, having a strong character have to endure days/weeks/months of agonizing pain as their sentience is essentially ripped from them is bad enough. No reason for it to be over in a moment.

In the novel, Dev Sibwarra used the Force to help victims transition during the entechment process. Maybe without him it takes much longer.

Maybe, but in that novel, they were able to entech HUNDREDS of people in a few days at most...

Hundreds of no-name characters. That isn't to say they don't have more than one chamber for doing this to people.

It's okay gar, you and I agree on very few things.
