Perhaps they have one of those little chemical toilets hunters in the real world use. That or they hang their butts out the sliding door. Shocked

Nothing like the refreshing slap of vacuum on your privates to hurry along your restroom break. Razz

Yes. And the pressure differential is more effective than the ergonomics of a squatty potty at getting the job done in a hurry. Wink

It's a fair point, but Consumables has generally been considered a measurement of a ship's fuel, atmosphere and foodstuffs, whereas not having a toilet is more an indicator of how God-awful it would be to spend a week locked in a can like this.

All told, I'm not really a fan of WEG's Consumables ratings in general, which is part of why i came up with an alternate rule that places less emphasis on hard numbers.

It explains why the redshirts were so eager to go on away teams in Star Trek despite the high death rate.

The Enterprise schematics had no toilets and they were on a 5 year exploration mission.

I'm doing some rethinking of this as part of doing stats for ships from Rogue One. For starters, about 90% of the imagery I've been able to find for the U-Wing very clearly shows the two elongated-teardrop-shaped ports that are indicative of proton torpedo launchers. In spite of this, not one single official source says they have launchers. So I'm going to change up the stats again, with four variants:
    UT-60A = Utility Transport Variant
    UT-60B = Heavy Fighter Variant
UT-60C = Fighter Support / ECM Variant (basically an SWU equivalent of a Raptor from Battlestar Galactica)
UT-60D = Intel Courier (trades out UT-60C's ECM gear for enhanced comms)

The UT-60A Variant will be the only version capable of transporting a full squad of troops. The -B will give up transport capacity entirely in trade for a small living space, and the -C and -D variants will trade some space for a their enhanced sensors and ECM / Commo gear.

I haven't quite got it figured out in my head how I'm going to balance the various trade-offs, but it's coming.

U-WING COMBAT SHUTTLE

Incom's UT-60A, also known as the U-Wing, is a combat-capable light shuttle craft in common use with the Rebel Alliance. Heavily armed and capable of carrying a squad of ground troops, U-Wing's are used in hit-and-fade raids on Imperial installations, as well as transportation for SpecOps and Alliance Intelligence. While fast enough to keep up with other Alliance starfighters, and heavily armed enough to defend itself, the U-Wing is generally used for troop deployment and ground attack, leaving superiority missions to fighters like the X-Wing. In addition, the original design has spawned several derivative models, including a heavy fighter and an intel courier.

Craft: Incom's UT-60A "U-Wing"
Type: Multi-Role Combat Shuttle
Scale: Starfighter (+6D)
Length: 25 meters (S-Foils Forward), 17.5 meters (S-Foils Aft)
Skill: Space Transports: U-Wing
Crew: 2 (1 @ +5) & 2 Gunners (optional)
Passengers: 10 (or 10 metric tons cargo capacity)
Consumables: 10 days
Nav Computer: Yes
Hyperdrive Multiplier: x1
Hyperdrive Backup: x10
Maneuverability: 1D+1
Space: 6
Atmosphere: 330; 950 kmh

Notes:
--Can only be fired if the U-Wing's side doors are open, which is only possible in atmosphere. When the doors are open, the door gunner receives the equivalent of 1/4 Cover.
--Other heavy infantry weaponry can be substituted in place of the Repeating Blaster, such as Repeating Ion Blasters or Grenade Launchers.
Variants: (Use Above Stats, except as noted)
    UT-60B Heavy Fighter
Description: The UT-60B variant deletes all of the U-Wing's transport capacity to turn the ship into a long range, multi-role combat platform. The weapon systems are augmented by an aft-firing dual blaster cannon, and the troop transport bay is replaced with a small living space, complete with a double bunk, a fresher and a galley and auto-chef. This craft is primarily reserved for strike missions that are normally beyond the reach of the Rebellion's other craft. Unfortunately, combat experience has shown that the -B variant lacked the maneuverability and speed to counter modern TIE fighters. Still, in the right hands, a UT-60B is a formidable opponent.
    Crew: 2 (1 @ +5) & 1 Gunner
    Passengers: None
    Consumables: 5 weeks
    Weapons:
    Remove 2 Medium Repeating Blasters
Add 1 Dual Blaster Cannon (Fire-Linked)

    Crew: 1
    Skill: Starship Weaponry
    Fire Control: 3D
    Atmosphere Range: 3-50/150/400
    Rate of Fire: 2D Auto-Fire
    Damage: 3D

    UT-60C Combat Support Ship
Description: The UT-60C is intended to provide multi-role combat support to starfighter missions. Equipped with an augmented comm-scan system, the -60C can provide jamming, command & control and search & rescue support
    Crew: 4 (2 @ +10) & 1 Gunner
    Passengers: 4
    Shields: 1D
    Sensors:
    Passive: 30/1D
    Scan: 50/2D
    Search: 80/3D
    Focus: 2/4D
+1D to all Jamming, Communication and Command rolls
    Weapons:
    Remove 2 Medium Repeating Blasters
Add 1 Dual Blaster Cannon (Fire-Linked)
    Fire Arc: Rear
    Crew: 1
    Skill: Starship Weaponry
    Fire Control: 3D
    Atmosphere Range: 3-50/150/400
    Rate of Fire: 2D Auto-Fire
    Damage: 3D

    UT-60D Intel Courier
    Shields: 1D (Stealth Shields)
    Sensors:
    Passive: 30/1D
    Scan: 50/2D
    Search: 80/3D
    Focus: 2/4D
    +2D to Communications
    Weapons:
    Remove Proton Torpedo Launchers
    Special Equipment: CommScan Package
In place of the proton torpedo launchers, the UT-60D is equipped with an enhanced commscan system. In addition to enhanced sensor range and local communication ability, the -D is equipped with a hypercomm burst transceiver, allowing it to send and receive pre-recorded messages from practically anywhere in the galaxy, even while in hyperspace. This feature makes the -D variant very attractive to Alliance High Command for missions that have major implications for the Alliance in general, and thus necessitate the sending and receiving of real-time intelligence updates over great distances.

If you watch that scene, it's pretty clearly an ion effect on the knee joint of the walker; you can see the blue lightning effect similar to the one from ESB.

EDIT: Here, at 2:36.

So in this case it is ion rifle vs walker leg mechanism (called shot rules). If the leg is disabled, walker suffers movement failure like "major tumble" = collision /falling damage ect.
