Orrallyn Rolls foward and rises to his feet moving away from the Vong warriors drawing them off. The three warriors follow, sensing a capable opponent and draw their amphistaffs along the way. All three land blows in Gand's stunned state, dealing grievous wounds. Zinn takes careful aim at the retreating warriors lining up a kill shot.

Bindo moves to get a better shot while his companions unleash hell upon the warriors. Unfortunately none hit the Warrior who moves to meet Bindo as they are checking their aim, but the remainder drop the other warrior hard. The remaining warrior in this pack eviscerates Bindo's Second Companion, and manages to land a glancing backhanded blow stunning Bindo.

Rownn lets out a devastating ROAR and slices viciously at one warrior, completly bifurcating the warrior through his thick armor. Without pause he swings around and deftly removes the leg of another warrior, dropping him to the ground. This allows openings from two other warriors who quickly take advantage. Rownn manages to roll with one blow but that moves him into the other, as Rownn bicep is struck with the staff.

Garolf leads the other defendors in attacking one of the warriors facing the harry Jedi. Their bolts slam into him causing him to stumble and miss his attack on Rownn, saving him from further injury.

Orrallyn: gains 1 stun (2 cp to negate) and 1 Mortally Wounded (1=incap, 2=wound, 3=stun, 4=negated)
Rownn: Incap (1cp=wound, 2cp=stun, 3cp=negated)

With the Vong warrior too close for comfort Bindo hurls himself backwards so he is lying on his back and facing up at the warrior. With the warrior now taking up his entire field of view he opens up with his gun letting the warrior have the full volley.

OOC: Dodge/brawling parry which ever is more appropriate and then from the lying on his back stance shoot up at the warrior (just a regular five shot burst), hopefully all the shots that miss will go over the heads of the NR troops due to the angle.

If Bindo has character points he is happy to spend them in order to ensure the hit.

"Hit him again!" Garolf shouts for Jo and the others to keep assisting Rownn as he adjusts his own aim and moves a little to get around the shielding to try to help Orrallyn.

(OOC: Looking at the map Garolf should hopefully be able to do this without hitting Zinn. I'm drawing a straight line from Garolf to the three on Orrallyn and there seems only one he may have a clear shot on without hitting Zinn. Blaster: blaster rifle 6D+1, target #10, Imp repeater (secondary mode Fire Rate: 2, 5D+2, 2-20/50/250) 2CP if needed to keep from hitting Zinn)

Grunting with the hits, Rownn feels his arm go numb. Through force of will, he forces his body to continue responding and continues his dance with the warriors around him. He continues deflecting their attacks and makes another swift attack on Vong #5's vulnerable bits.

OOC - 2CP to reduce the incapacitation to a stun

Feeling the Vongs blows piercing his armour, Orrallyn focuses on staying on his feet, and keeping mobile.

Orrallyn, suddenly starts backpedling, trying to draw the Vong away.

OOC: I'll burn the 6CP to stay up and running. Full dodge, just occupying them for the moment.

Zinn, having carefully lined up a shot carefully squeezes the trigger letting the blot fly at the warriors head. It lances out going over the shoulder of the warrior causing him to flinch.

The bolts from the defenders unfortunately are unable to find their target, and all go wide. Garolf on the other hand, is able to take full advantage of Orrallyn's withdraw and one of the warriors tripping on a loose rock to line up a perfect shot. The bolt lances into the back of the warrior's neck, killing it instantly (ooc: 1CP spent)

The now Duo of warriors follow the Gand relentlessly, one managing to land a blow on the Jedi's arm, piercing the chitinous armor. (ooc: wound)

Rownn ducks underneath the attacks of all three of the Yuuzhan Vong warriors stabbing upwards under one of their chest plates, his saber easily penetrating the soft guts up to its heart, incinerating it instantly. The warrior drops like a rag doll.

Bindo dives backwards to and opens fire. Through years of experience using the heavy weapon the blots land home, unfortunately only glancing off the warriors armor. The vong jumps down upon the New Republic trooper stabbing downward with his staff cutting Bindo's arm (ooc: stun). Bindo's fellow troopers take advantage of the lack of targets near them firing a full salvo at the warrior. A half dozen bolts slam into his back causing him to drop unconsciousness on Bindo (will have to spend an action getting free of the warrior). Bindo gets a good whiff of the foul breath of the mutilated Vong warrior.

Hellcat: i think you missed my OOC post, so I just moved you so you had a clear shot (the shield was providing cover)

Zinn curses under his breath at his lack of success at repelling these Vong scum. He fires again at the warrior, who has unexpectedly flinched.

Garolf doesn't waste time to admire his handiwork. He quickly aims another shot at one of the two remaining warriors on Orrallyn, hoping to hit him in the head.

Bindo rolls the unconscious warrior off him, rolling with the flip he gets onto his stomach and sights along his gun to send a spray of firepower at the two Vong attacking the gand.

OOC: Not standing up, firing from prone to help with the recoil as Bindo fires a blast at Vong six or one, whichever is in a better position to not hit Org's character with any of the shots.

Rownn swings hard at the chitinous armor hoping to pierce it with his saber, but only causes the large warrior to stumble back a step before he launches a counter attack that strikes home which stuns the Wookie (1cp to stay up)

An authoritative voice shouts "[b]GAND, GET DOWN[b]" followed by "Blue squad, target bogeys in sector 3. Aim high". Doing one better, Orrallyn takes this opportunity to book it and uses the Force to boost his speed out of the kill zone. A torrent of blasts head in to the two now disengaged Yuuzhan Vong warriors. Hard to tell whose bolt did one, but one falls down. In response to his impending doom the remaining Vong charges toward the large group of troops. He stabs down with his staff at the one trooper on the ground. The blow digs in deeply into the prone trooper's abdomen causing him to scream out in pain before falling into darkness. The warrior continues on pulling out two dagger like objects and screams out a war cry.

Rownn is getting 1 more stun - knocking him out with CP expenditure.
Eso - knocked out your next char... you can take charge of #1 - the sergeant.... before he dies next!
Garolf - you were short 12 from hitting, i didnt roll your CPs due to the stacked odds for you actually getting a hit.

(OOC: Woo, really rolling through thouse characters. Can I assume the sergeant has some sort of close combat weapon, perhaps a bayonett type deal?)

Gritting his teeth Sergeant Grimm lunged forward, stabbing his blade up under this alien invaders chin before spinning the but of his gun to defect those creepy living blades.

"Kowalsky, Jones you're with me. Everyone else back up and get ready to show these freaks what a co-ordinated burst of new republic fire can do!"

OOC: Not a called shot or a command just flavour text. One melee attack, one melee pary. Hopefully two troopers should stay with me to keep the Vong occupied while everyone else gets a little distance and takes aim.
