Welcome, Griff. So nice to see fellow Washingtonians on here (go Seahawks!!!).
You'll note a few other players on here from the Tacoma area, too. _________________ Currently Running: Villains & Vigilantes (a 32-year-old campaign with multiple groups) and D6 Star Wars; mostly on hiatus are Adventures in Middle-earth and Delta Green |

The biggest problem we had was the GM that usually ran all our game (not just SW) would eventually try to kill us off.. was one of those GM. Not wanting to have SW turn into players vs. GM I decided to do the gamemastering, did not do much playing as a character. When the system was changed to D20, we tried it out and didn't make it out of character creation when we were in it for over an hour. It is great to see that the D6 is still alive and well. And please some one tell me to save my money on this Edge of the Empire bs. |

Don't worry, I'll just delete a few of your posts and we'll have you busted back down to Cadet in no time. _________________ __________________________________

Speaking of the ranks, what exactly does one have to do to get the Jedi Master rank? I was actually keeping an eye on Hellcat's post count when he rolled over 10,000 to see if that was the next step up, but no luck. _________________ "No set of rules can cover every situation. That rank is never earned by posting, but only conferred by the admin. _________________ __________________________________

I'm just happy to have reached the rank of Captain in less than a year's time.
About as quick as Captain Kirk (in the reboot)! _________________ Currently Running: Villains & Vigilantes (a 32-year-old campaign with multiple groups) and D6 Star Wars; mostly on hiatus are Adventures in Middle-earth and Delta Green |

Kirk went from a third year cadet to captain in one movie.
Han went from Captain in episode V to General in episode VI and most of that time he was frozen in cardinite. |

So, apart from Fallon's bribery suggestion, how does that happen. Do we have any Jedi Masters? _________________ "No set of rules can cover every situation. It's expected that you will make up new rules to suit the needs of your game." - The Star Wars Roleplaying Game, 2R&E, pg. 69, WEG, 1996.

IIRC there have only been two. They are no longer active users, though. _________________ __________________________________

Silly rabbit. It's not "there have only been two." The proper quote is "There can be only one!" _________________ Currently Running: Villains & Vigilantes (a 32-year-old campaign with multiple groups) and D6 Star Wars; mostly on hiatus are Adventures in Middle-earth and Delta Green |
