I recently received an email from someone who has been trying to join the Rancor Pit. He told me that he had been waiting for a month with no response. Moderators, anything that can be done about this?

Thanks for the help! I don't know why my earlier emails weren't going through. I'm probably a shoe-in for one of the younger members of this forum; born in 1993. I grew up with a box set of the original trilogy, the remastered VHS versions before Lucas started enacting changes. While I also enjoyed the PT, it's more enjoying the concepts. I was recently convinced to run a Star Wars D6 game by my home group and that led to my discovery of this site. I hope to be a contributing member of the community!

Welcome, Ninjaxenomorph! (wouldn't want to run into one of those in a dark alley!) Wink

You're more in the age of my kids, but there's nothing wrong with that. It's great to see some of the younger generation carrying on with the D6 love!

Very Happy

Good. We need new blood. It keeps us old guys from stagnating. Honestly, it's when we have more people in their college and early professional years that we see a lot more fan books and completed projects.

Oddly enough, I'm rather looking forward to being old and crotchety...

Not me, either, though I'm feeling that way with the dates being thrown around (I graduated in 1983 and had my first child in 1991!) Shocked

Just got another request for assistance with the same issue. Loc Taal, is there an issue with sign-up emails getting lost?

I'm young and crotchety—and it's awesome 8)—but what's the benefit of being old?

You can take long walks in your underwear and give small children the middle finger, but because you are old, everyone will assume you are senile and let it slide.

And then there is always...
