In my game, mooks don't have wounded twice or mortally wounded.

So, using the example you had there, that would be 3 wound levels?
Wounded, Incapacitated, and Dead? Or, do you not count Dead as a wound level?

Dead is a wound status, but there are four if you count Stunned and five if you count No Effect.
