Now the rules for force sensitive characters that is not trained in any force skill is simeply that they can get darkside points like "jedi" and that they begin paly with one extra force point.

this does not actually do much, and may be a bit at odds with how force sensitive characters are described.
often we see them described as being capable of extraordinary things, they have situations now and then where their senses alert them to danger, their reflexes in the cockpit can be suddenly to the extrme.
and it seems this happens more than "once" meaning more often than if the character spend his extra force point.

however if we find a system for 0D+1 and 0D+2 force senstives and let them actually roll then they can do all this more than once and more than only when spending their one extra force point.

0D+1 gives a force power.

in this case I will use alter and injure/kill

the character is force sensitive, he is NOT trained, but the force do manifest in him with a dark ability ot injure and kill by touch.

he get the injure /kill force power and 0D+1 to his alter, the +1 is deducted from his overall attributes as pr raw.

He can not control his use of this power, but it DOES manifest and he can attempt to.

he then rolls his wild dice, just as if he had 1D in alter. However 1through 5 is ignored and counted as 0.
When he rolls 6, this is counted as 1 and he adds his pip bonus and becuse he rolled 6 on the wild dice he can roll again adding the result.

so he rolls 6 and counts this as 1, then adds his +pip, then becuse he rolled 6 on the wild dice he rerolls this and adds this. he rolls 4 this will give him a total of 6 he then succeeded iin an easy injure/kill
he can not controll this ability to actually "use" it in any meaningful way.

when he now gain experience and allocates 2cp to his alter skill, he does not gain any more powers, he only gain 1 power for the first 1D, but he can now roll the power, and succeed without having to roll 6, while still benefitting from the exploding wilding dice when applied.

by doing something like this, we can maybe better emulate the untrained manifistation of power, explain how they have hightened sense, as their poweer could life detection and thus when it succeeds they become alert enough etc.

Correct.

The people we see doing this are Force users, not just those who are sensitive to the Force. So I don't see a problem that needs fixing.

1D barely lets a character ever do anything. It doesn't let their senses alert them to danger (the roll will almost always be too low) or enhance their attributes beyond what using a FP let's everyone do.

So if I agreed there was a problem that needs fixing (I don't), this wouldn't fix the problem.

On the other hand, a case could be made to allow that power as a bonus to the attribute/skill roll. For example, the injur/kill would manifest as a bonus to brawling damage.

This of course, would require a rewrite of the force rules across the board.

Another option would simply be to allow the 0D+1 skill and require that character points be spent to manifest a force power.
