This conversion is a hybrid of the WOTC stats from the New Jedi Order Sourcebook and the D6 Tahiri stats by dhawk from the
Legacy of the Force Fan Sourcebook, which is awesome by the way. These things are always tricky when a middle step (in this
case the NJO) is skipped, so I went with the D20 conversion when things were missing or in doubt.

Anakin and Tahiri - there was a nice couple that should never have been destroyed. The whole mission to Myrkr was a very bad idea from the get-go. Yes, the voxyn needed to be destroyed in order for the Jedi to survive, but there had to have been another way to do it. To send a bunch of kids, Jedi or not, on such a mission - very bad decision on everyone's part, especially with the Solo kids having their own issues. Jaina being angry over what the Vong have done to the galaxy. Tahiri still messed up from being shaped. Anakin thinking he's going to become another Vader, regardless of the decisions he makes. Jacen's whole uncertainty about the Force and how to use it - which escalated to the point where an accusation he made to Anakin, which turned out to be false, basically destroyed their relationship. It wasn't worth it. It just wasn't worth the price.

I wasn't so familiar with Tahiri, but while doing this conversion I remember reading something along the lines of Anakin
was suppose to be the one that lived, not Jacen, and that Tahiri and him would 'birth something great'...yeah, it's in the
behind the scenes bit of Tahiri's Wookieepedia entry.

There's a lot of choices in the NJO and later that I dislike, Mara's death for example. A lot of it seems done for shock
factor, rather than anything else.

Senses: Arcona have weak long-distance vision (add +10 to the difficulty level of all tasks involving vision at distances greater
than 15 meters), but excellent close-range senses (add +1D to all Perception skills involving heat, smell or movement when
within 15 meters.
Thick Hide: Arcona have tough, armoured hides that add +1D Strength when resisting physical damage. (This bonus does not
apply to damage caused by energy or laser weapons).
Talons: Arcona have sharp talons which add +1D to climbing, Strength (when determining damage in combat during brawling

This is another hybrid conversion between the NJO D20 stat block and the D6 stats from the Legacy of the Force Fan Source
Book, again where conflict arises I’ve sided with the D20 stuff. This guy had some lowered stats (Con and Will) in the D20
version due to his Salt addiction, but the system effects for Arcona Salt addiction are different in D6, so I didn’t include the
reductions. His Force Skills are sort of low like a lot of the converted Force characters in the New Jedi Order Source Book,
maybe add +1D to each one if you are going to use him.

This is a compromise stat block. It was a hodgepodge of D20 stats from the New Jedi Order Source Book, WEG D6 stats from the
Jedi Academy Trilogy Source Book and the D6 stats from the Legacy of the Force Fan Source Book. Annoyingly, the D20 stats
were almost all lower once converted than the WEG D6 stats from an earlier period and the ones that were higher, were mostly
higher than the Legacy Era stats.

I don’t normally worry too much about non-official stats not linking up, but I felt with main characters like Lando, it was worth a
bit of extra effort to line up his stat blocks through the various Star Wars eras.

I’m not really sure why he has Dark Side Points in the D20 stats though, I'd probably knock those off if I was going to use him
in a game

None of Lando's D6 stats from the original trilogy have any Dark Side Points, but the D20 NJO stats do. Not sure if he earns
2 Dark Side Points in that book series or if the requirements (and costs) of getting them in D20 are easier than in D6.

It seems like a lot of the more 'grey' heroes have Dark Side Points in D20

I think you're confusing her with her sister Alema. Numa Rar was one of the first victims of the voxyn in Star By Star. Alema survived the Vong War, turned to the Dark Side during the Swarm War, and was killed during the LOTF series. I know Alema has stats in the LOTF sourcebook, but Numa shouldn't.
