Nice! I haven't seen TESB (or RotJ) in a theater since 1997.

I found out I can rent a local theater for only $125 on weekdays. They'll show anything I have a DVD/Blu-Ray of.

That's pretty amazing.

A year or two ago, my local vintage theater had a marathon showing of IV, V and VI (turned out to be the Disney edits, but whatever). My strongest impression was how seeing the films on the big screen really brought back the feel of seeing it for the first time. If you have the chance to do this, take the opportunity.

I presume you mean the 4K versions currently on Disney+ (with Greedo saying "Ma klounkee"). I wouldn't call them "Disney edits" because they actually represent Lucas' final edits before selling them to Disney. The image quality is outstanding on these 4K versions. They are simply beautiful. Perhaps even too beautiful to fully appreciate on modern movie screens.

I guess it wouldn't be bad to see TESB and RotJ again in the theater, so I could take my son. We saw ANH (blue ray version) on a giant screen in our local symphony with the live orchestra scoring the film - I'd be happy if that was my last time seeing that film in a theater.

I suppose calling them the Ma Klounkee Editions would serve just as well.

Ha! I reserve "Ma Klounkee" (Huttese for 'This will be the end of you') for my pet names for the Disney Trio films:

Episode VII: The Force Reboots
Episode VIII: I Have a Bad Feeling about This
Episode IX: Ma Klounkee
