That IS his rank. It's a special one. If you'll look at this site: http://www.rancorpit.com/forums/ranks.html
you'll be able to see the breakdown. If I remember correctly, he was the second or third member on this site; he's probably either got WAY more posts than needed to get Grand Moff, or it's like an honorary rank- like an honorary Doctorate or something.

Actually he helped Loc set up the Pit and the Forum. Loc and Scraw use to game regularly together.
