This is kinda like Ebay. Once you start bidding, sometimes you can't stop. It doesn't even matter what the item actually is.

Except in this case, the bidding on the item has already closed.
Personally, I quite enjoy the debate on the general topic now that the specific topic is dealt with. Basic concepts of the Force and the game mechanics that reflect them are fun topics to discuss... partially because there is a fair amount of ambiguity on certain points.

The ambiguity is possibly intentional so that different people can come up with different interpretations
Just like NFS characters can come up with different interpretations of the 'right/good' course of action

I know it's late but I would argue no darkside point.
I would also argue that the sniper's targetting control was still recording and a third party later picked up the data which clearly identifies the character and what he did.
The force still punishes him, but it reserves DSPs for punishing its own. |
