Was reading up on Storm Commandos on wookiepedia and came across the TIE Hunter and Imperial Carrier (Storm Commando). Anyone got any ideas or stats for these?

Our campaign will eventually encompass encounters with Storm Commandos and I would like to be prepared.

Funny I read about them and their ships on wookiepedia just the other night.

However, even if them having a separate (or at least modified) carrier for fast and stealthy insertions makes sense, I cant really see them having their own Tie fighter. especially as its not a sneaky one just one additional tie. I just dropped that part.

EDIT: If you really need a Stormcommando Tie, perhaps use the Tie Phantom. It makes more sense than the Tie Hunter as its cloaked.

I wondered why they would have their own TIE that was heavily armed. Especially when they could carry assault gunboats or Skiprays or something.

The carrier is interesting to me, though. It sounds lightly armed, which to me means it is stealthy and probably fast.

I'm gonna toy around with this whole idea for a day or two- you never know when inspiration will strike....

...You could probably adapt the "Raptor" TIEs & troop carrier from Cracken's Threat Dossier for ready stats if needed.

It's a start. But a 28m ship holding 40 TIE Raptors and 4 AT-ST's! Is this thing 200m wide or something?

Looking at wookiepedia at the Escort Carrier, Storm Commando is not a lot of help. There are two pictures and neither has another ship in it. I think you need to make a lot of assumptions. How many ships does it carry? How many Storm Commandos does it carry? Do I just make something up?

SO. Anyone played Star Wars Rogue Squadron III: Rebel Strike?

Based on conjecture from an article on wookiepedia about a carrier in Star Wars Rogue Squadron III: Rebel Strike. The carriers purpose seems to be to carry and protect Storm Commandos.
