ooc: my consolation prize for not having my part of the bargain complete. tomorrow is the invasion (in both senses). the explosives go all the way back, but the chance is blocking the back entrance still.

"I think we need to collapse the end of the tunnel closest to th base and then leave the rest open and booby trapped. Perhaps we could put a delay on the bombs or only trigger them when they reach the blockage so we catch the most amount of Vong in the collapse. As for the other defences we've got to ensure that they're not too close to the edge of the LZ otherwise they might get hit by some of the rockslide we've got set up. It does mean the defences will be all clustered up but I guess we can compensate some by having a good spread of firepower and making use of the mobile defences, you know the cyborg." [/edit]

chance is stuck in the back, and you are looking at having the LZ in the front.

OOC: So the chance will be in the way of the explosive tunnel then? The chance can't fly and I can't imagine the fleet will be able to tow it so we are going to have to leave it behind anyway? If that's the case shouldn't we loot the hell out of it and then use it as a booby trap?
