I'm trying to remember if that thing got a preview on the Wizards site. I know it's a mini (since I've got one), and if it had a preview for it, then it would have d20 stats to go along with it.

If Im gonna use this I think a reprogrammed Magnaguard might do the trick.. I think I read somewhere that Grieveous had experimented with Magnaguards with lightsabers, but I cant be sure.

I'm imagining you're talking Gry's Droid Stats PDF so I'd have to say that's because there were no stats on it at the time Gry created the PDF. Also, none of the sources listed is any WotC sorucebook so it doesn't look like there's been any recent coversions.
Going with the MagnaGuard stats, and tweaking them a little, is probably the best choice. They do bear some resemblence to a NagnaGuard, and the Wookieepedia article on MagnaGuards states that as part of their training Grevious personally trained each one in the seven classic lightsaber forms. But sense they were created by Dooku, they'd probably be better with lightsabers.
