I assume mounting it with a thermal detonator might do the trick.

In an earlier campaign one of my characters rebuilt a cargo droid into a combat droid. It was basically a 2,3m version of the B1-series worker droid.

Add armour, an e-web, a rocketlauncher, electrified hull and some assassin droid combat programming and you get the picture. It was called 3V1L-3d. For some reason I installed a Thermal Detonator as a self destruction mechanism. The logic of that escapes me now.

So, basically, you built ED-209?

Yeah, if you switch an MG for a rocket launcher and the other for an E-web. I think I also added a 2m vibroblade from a wood-clearing droid iirc.

Name came from a Swedish splatter movie with the same name http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0116247/

I have wondered what an ED-209's stats would be. OR that Robo-cop mark 2 we saw in #2.

I was thinking along those lines and wondering what the stats would be on the Cobra Assault Cannon.

No book. Robocop #1. The big gun based on the M-82 sniper rifle that Robocop used to zap ED-209 at the end of the movie.

A swarm of pit droids approach your land speeder at an intersection and volunteer to do things such as adjust the repulsor dampers and clean the windscreen. Unbeknownst to you they are all loaded with the equivalent of 2 to 3 thermal detonators each and when you tell them to get lost they blow their lids.
