I think the easiest way to solve this problem is to think back to KotOR, when you enter the Death Match with Bendak Starkiller you get a DSPs for it, so i think no matter what he should get a DSP.
But this is just my opinion. The final decision is up to the GM. |

I'd probably award a DSP as well. _________________ Currently Running: Villains & Vigilantes (a 32-year-old campaign with multiple groups) and D6 Star Wars; mostly on hiatus are Adventures in Middle-earth and Delta Green |

Since he isn't force-sensitive, I woudn't award a DSP.
As a non force-sensitive character it should be very hard to get a DSP. As a force-sensitive character, it's not that easy to get a DSP, but not very hard as well. As a Jedi, you should always get a DSP if you do something that goes against moral and goodness as a whole.
So, in since case, no DSP. They know what they were getting in to, say were both prepared to die, so no DSP. But he won't see that FP again so soon (unless he does something exceptionally heroic and good). |

To me, even if NFS.. Willfully entering a death match for the purpose of making cash SHOULD earn them a DSP.. Spending a FP in it to ensure you win even more so. _________________ Confucious sayeth, don't wash cat while drunk! |

Well, I don't really share that.
If that were the case, every combatant in there would become evil very shortly (after a maximum of 5-6 won matches). That doesn't sound right to me. |

Well, i asked this q on the holonet, and all 3 responses are saying the same.
FS enters a death match, DSP. Spends FP in match, DSP.
2 though seem to feel that NFS can enter ok, but spending the FP gets them a DSP. _________________ Confucious sayeth, don't wash cat while drunk! |
