				| I'm curious about shockboxing in Star Wars...
I found an old link describing it (http://starwars-rpg.net/journal/v2i3/shockbox.php) but it doesn't works any longer...
note : it was the Star Wars Online Journal (vol 2 issue 3), but the website is down...

Does anybody has info about this 'sport' ?

edit : the only official info I have for now is p39 of Wretched Hives of Scum and Villainy, concerning Tull Raine, a famous barabel shockboxer

				| Perhaps one of us should do a D6 conversion from the D20 stuff? Me, I'm just lazy

				| There's an online journal? Wow, I feel very foolish, I really have been out of RP for too long.

*scurries off to find links to said journal*

				| I am curious about two things, I donīt quite get.
The rules (in online journal 3) says that a shockboxing bout lasts 6 rounds, but if a K.O. has not occured then you add rounds untill the 10th where the bout is called a draw.

That sounds like a wierd way of saying that a bout lasts 10 rounds, right?

The rules state that no strikes are allowed below the waist, but are you only allowed to punch?

				| 10 bout round could equal 30 min to hour on one character.... I think 6 would be better myself. | |

				| When roleplaying 6 rounds would be best. I am thinking about 5 combat rounds per boxing round.
That is a total of 30 combat rounds if the bout goes all the way.

				| Sounds like a plan...
Though i would go with 10 combat rounds to a bout round, with 5 bout rounds normally, and 7 max...
