Roth leans over to Syllri. Quietly he says, "Perhaps we might offer him the 500 credits as compensation for having wasted his time, and as further proof that it shall not happen again." He raises an eyebrow questioningly. "After all, he comes very highly recommended."

"Look, we've got enough for however much this guy wants. And Roth is right, let's pay the 500 up front before this guy gets too mad. Then pay however much he asks later."

Roth transfer's the credits to Possel's account and the Jenet begins to do his research. As soon as he feels Daevon's head on his lap, he shoos him away with a nasty look.

Daevon does, however, see several bracers similar to the one Syllri described on the screen.

Possel projects a the following holograhpic image of the bracer over his desk.

"Exquiste, no? Both are Sith items."

Another couple of keystrokes and the following holographic image of the medallion is brought up.

"Ah," Roth said. "So you do have information on them." He looks at his comrades, then says, "See? We were told that this was the place to go for information. It would appear we were not misled." He looked back at Posel. "What does your database say about them, good sir?"

"I am not so easily sweet talked, sir!. I have found what you want and have given you names, an origin, and even images. Much do I have on these, despite their being lost for so long, But all I have given is all thatmy initial fee covers."

Possel then points to Syllri

"Perhaps you thought my old ears would not hear, or you thought you spoke loud enough for me not to hear. I do not haggle over my initial price. However, the price for me to provide the full information..." Possel then smiles, a hint of greed and pride in his skills evident "For this information, shall we say 6,000 credits?"

Roth smiles kindly at the old Jenet. "Six thousand credits would not be too much to pay, provided your information is up-to-the-minute current. As I said before, you have come highly recommended. That is not empty flattery, but true admiration of what would appear to be widely-reknowned skills. I imagine someone of your reputation would be willing, for perhaps an additional thousand, to continue to track these pieces and update us for the next, say, two standard months?"

Roth raises an eyebrow. "Currently?" he says. "Indeed." He looks sidelong at Syllri, then back at Posel. "'Currently' would seem to indicate that their status may change. What exactly do you mean by 'lost to the universe'?"

"Well," Roth says thoughtfully, "Now that you mention it, six thousand probably is a bit steep. After all, we're going to have some expenses to cover once we leave here. I'd think that three thousand should more than cover the information."

As he speaks to the broker, Roth opens himself up to the Force as fully as he can. He seeks to use it to boost his perceptions so he can more effectively haggle with the Jenet.

OOC- Roth drop his Danger Sense, and activate Concentration. Once it's up, he'll add the bonus to his Enhance Attribute to boost his Perception score.
