No. I don't think even Luke Skywalker could reverse the process.

However in the book only NPCs were entrenched a player character's 'spirit' may last longer in the machine... It may even be able to disobey the Ssi-ruuk commands. Especially if they had a high willpower or a high number of darkside points

You may well make a very aggressive, lingering machine.

The chair used to entrench beings had so much darkside energy that Luke was physically nauseated.

Oh and you know any jedi don't let the Ssi-ruuk capture them as the Ssi-ruuk can brainwash jedi and use them to entrench people over a distance... if the Jedi is powerful enough they don't need to capture you first.

that's hella evil. unless they already have a jedi i'm not worried about one being captured because i don't have any in my crew. also we are in an era where jedi are kinda rare or are in hiding because the empire is still around.

You'd have to venture out pretty far to find an Ssi-ruuk in that era.

It could be quite a cool campaign... 8)

Why you could even be the people that teach the Ssi-ruuk that humans are the best species to entrench. Heh heh heh Twisted Evil

Thank you Esoomian for all your help.
As MOG, I appreciate it! Laughing
Thank you Ragnar for being so interested in the Ssi-ruuk.
While in my game it is long after the incident at Bakura, I have plenty to work with. In fact, Ragnar's next adventure through the Expanse is almost entirely weeved around the Ssi-ruuk. Lots of ideas are coming to mind. Perhaps a Moff we love to hate might attempt to make good on the Emperor's bargain with the Ssi-ruuk. Perhaps Ragnar lands on a consecrated planet to search for clues. Maybe a Force user is closer than Ragnar thinks.

Post how the campaign turns out in the end if you can. Sounds like it could be awsome Smile

Ragnar has trust issues, but it's understandable when you consider all the people who let him down. Don't worry, you have a trustworthy crew. 8)

I'd like to talk about the Ssi-ruuk and the P'weck.
They seem similiar in appearance and statistics. Are their species related genetically? Do the P'wecks have any say in their society or are they just cannon fodder? How do they fit on the social latter with the Ssi-ruuk and the "soul" driven droids?
I'd like to get as much info before I begin any sort of society building.

In the books the P'w'kes were the slave caste. They had do real say in the society and almost seemed to have no real free will.

And yes they were entrenched as a matter of course but humans lasted a lot longer.

So yes, they are cannon fodder

Domo, Esoomian-san.
Friday my adventure can begin. I don't know what it would be like without your help. It is indeed a shame you cannot be there. Crying or Very sad
Keep in touch, my friend.

Where can I find images of Ssi-ruuk starships?
