Sorry everyone. As some of you have noticed, the site has been having issues lately. I contacted my hosting provider and there was some sort of glitch with my account. I had upgraded to a new hosting plan a while ago and apparently they never switched my account over to the new plan and the old one expired. Something along those lines...  Anyway, I just got done working with their support people (who were very helpful, btw) and they got it all straightened out, so we should be good-to-go now.

I'm glad it's back and though I'm sorry to hear that you had these problems, in a way I'm happy to hear it. When I tried bring the site up yesterday and earlier today, the message made me wonder if it was the provider for the site or something wrong with my computer.

Well, as some may have noticed, I've been having a few more issues with my hosting provider. The site has been down for a few days because I exceeded my bandwidth limit. When they switched the site over to the new account, they apparently switched it to the wrong account type (one with a lower bandwidth limit). It looks like they've fixed it now and we're back to having plenty of bandwidth to work with. Here's a "thank you" to my provider for taking care of the issue.

It's the spambots Loc. They start really making a presence here and you start getting these problems. Their cursing you, and through your wonderful site us as well.

I just thought the Pit was becoming so popular that all the new recruits had overloaded the hit counter! I still like thinking that, so I'm ignoring the bit about the provider mixing things up.
