Sorry, im not into this computer stuff. how do you get those pics by your name, i think they are called avatars?

Go into your profile (there's a link in the upper right corner of the page). Scroll down to the Avatar section. Click on "Show gallery" to browse the ones I've got available on the site. Select one you want and click on Submit to save the change to your profile.
