I've seen it! Some great gags. Some gags that went on for 10 seconds too long (you'll probably know it when you see it). But I was laughing my @$$ off at most of the quick jokes.
The space animation looks like they traced off the actual film with something like Google Sketchup and it looks awesome! Like a false-2D false-traditional animation work which was really using 3D digital animation.
I'm quite disappointed that Stewie and Mayor Adam West doesn't shine a lot in it, though.
That's not Mayor West. He's Tarkin, by the way.

I've been kinda considering picking it up, it's kinda cheap. While I did enjoy it, I didn't quite find it THAT funny
