I doubt it. Given his penchant for totaly disregarding Imperial law whenever he sees fit, I don't think he cares if there's a few bad guys running around...unless they're force users.

Think about it, a person evil enough to repeatedly stun then cold-bloodedly execute his victims might be a useful tool Twisted Evil

Not that I know of but then again the players won't have that sort of knowledge in character.

Think of it this way. The player stuns a Abyssin cyclops. The player may have heard that Abyssins can regenerate but will have no idea how this applies to the creatures being stunned. Is it going to suddenly recover or does it stay stunned as normal?

in a sense it would...if you take stun damage like 3 times and you have 3D strength then you are officially stunned. Whatever the die number in front of your strength is, is how many times you can take stun damage within a certain amount of time, usually a combat period.

Yes but after the stun does it make a difference?

If someone is stunned, effectively their nervious system is overloaded. Can they be shot again further overloading their system (IE making it take longer to recover) or is it a waste of time and powerpacks as the extra stun damage has no effect on nerves that are already overloaded

As far as I know if you're already stunned shooting them again with stun won't have an effect.

But wouldn't your body still take whatever damage a stun does? 8)

The onkly rules i have seen regarding stun, was that if you continually stun someone even after they are down, you can cause major neurological trauma. 30+ damage after they are KO will cause it.
