Did anybody see the new article in the October 2013 edition of Star Wars Insider on the West End Games Star Wars influence on the Saga? Pretty interesting.

The digital version of the Star Wars Insider (I use Zinio) often arrives quite a bit earlier than the print version - although at least once it came quite a bit later than the print version. The October 2013 issue was e-delivered yesterday. The title of the article is "Rolling Initiative", and starts on Page 22. Very interesting - talks about the importance of the WEG materials and backstories in terms of later publications and the prequels.

I've had that physical issue of SWI since August. It is normal for magazine publications in general to be future-dated.

Darn, Whill - I thought I was one of the lucky few to get Star Wars Insider early. Their timing of distribution is definitely interesting.
