I am working on preparations for a campaign set a few years after Knights of the Old Republic and I will be needing a good amount of ships to be ready at hand when the need for them comes up.
But there's not a great number of established ships from that time period. So far I got these:

Starfighters
Aurek Strikefighter (R) (A-Wing for stats)
Chela Heavy Fighter (R) (Y-Wing)
Sith Interceptor (S) (Tie Fighter)
Davaab Starfighter
Star Saber (Headhunter)

Transports
Conductor Landing Craft (R)
Ministry Shuttle (R) (Lambda Shuttle)
KT-400 Droid Carrier (R)
Quartermaster Supply Transport (R)
Herald Transport (S)
Coruscant Heavy Courier
Delaya Courier
Dynamic Freighter (YT-2000)
Lethisk Armed Transport
Pelagia Duplex Gunship
578-R Transport

Ships
Foray Corvette (R) (CR-90)
Praetorian Frigate (R)
Hammerhead Cruiser (R)
Interdictor Cruiser (S) (Victory Star Destroyer)
Centurion Battlecruiser (S) (Imperial Star Destroyer)
Supremacy Cruiser

There are also several types of Mandalorian ships, but unfortunately they all look really bad. (Except for the Kandosii dreadnaught that looks just out of place in Star Wars.)

I think there's sufficient variety for the Republic Navy, and enough to cover the bare basics for the Sith Navy. But for private and independent ships there is really very little in the material that I know.
Any suggestions for other ship times from that era, or ships that wouldn't look to out of place among them?

You could check out the SWTOR fan book, I'm pretty sure it's 1,000+ years after KotOR, but the ships have a similar look and feel.

Looking at your list, I think that's about it for established ships, it's easy enough to pick some of the more rare or random crafts from later eras and use them, just as earlier models.

Oh wow, 80 pages of vehicles. Even on a first glance, there seems to be plenty that look like they could have been around for a long time.
That should help a lot.
