Welcome to the first Rancor Pit Play by Post recruitment thread.

Here's the idea:

It is about one year after Senator Palpatine has declared his Empire. His machinations are in motion, and several planets have already fealt the crushing grip of his iron rule.

Several individuals have taken it upon themselves to do what they can to hinder "His Majesty" in any way they can. Some have banded together in small groups to make hit-and-run strikes while others rebel in a more subtle fashion.

You, as the characters, have banded together and are doing what you can to try to make the galaxy free from this tyrant's rule.

I'm looking for about 4 to 6 players. Characters can be just about anything except bounty hunters, and I need at least one person as a smuggler. If more than one wants to play a smuggler, that's alright, there will only be one ship, and you can be partners.

Any takers?

I'm in, though not sure right now what I want to be. Was at first thinking maybe a Jedi Padawan, but they'd probably be few in number and less likely to advertise. Maybe a some non-clone who'd fought beside the Jedi during the Clone Wars and whose gone merc afterwards. Maybe even a droid of some kind. I'll have to get back to ya on that.
