The shuttle has two exterior manipulator arms and a light tractor beam array, useful only for moving parts into place while making repairs.

The maintenance shuttle aboard the Steady Wing does not have operating shields, half a hyperdrive, no navigation/star maps, and the comms have been sabotaged.
