Quote:
Conder Kyl
A Chandrilan slicer who worked for the New Republic following the Battle of Endor. In 5 ABY, he developed a romantic relationship with the former Imperial loyalty officer Sinjir Rath Velus, who had defected to the New Republic. He alerted Princess Leia Organa after a New Republic probe droid intercepted a transmission of Grand Moff Lozen Tolruck ordering an orbital bombardment of Kashyyyk. Following the attack on Chandrila, Conder helped the New Republic Security Bureau to analyze the microchip implants inside the heads of the former Ashmead's Lock prisoners. Later, Sinjir decided to leave Conder after believing that he was not able to be a good partner for Kyl.

When Sinjir later sought his help, Conder reluctantly agreed to help his former lover. Conder's probe droid discovered a listening device in Leia's nanny droid T-2LC, which unmasked a conspiracy involving Senator Tolwar Wartol. Conder later reconciled with Sinjir during an undercover mission on Nakadia prior to the Battle of Jakku. After returning to Chandrila, the two men exposed Wartol's plot to assassinate Chancellor Mon Mothma.

Personality and Traits
Conder Kyl was a Chandrilan human man with a barrel chest, big arms, a laser-shorn scalp, and a patchy spike beard. He had long, theatrical lashes, pouty lips, and smooth tan skin, which made his lover Sinjir compare it to nimarian korabaster. Conder was homosexual. Sinjir likened his voice to the sound of rough but beautiful music. Conder Kyl wore modern scruffy clothing including a long dark vest with exposed arms and narrow-leg leather pants. Conder later sustained a broken nose during an undercover mission on Nakadia. However, Sinjir managed to treat his injuries with bacta, gauze, fiber cloth, and an old fashioned needle and thread.

Conder was a talented slicer who was loyal to the New Republic. Despite Sinjir being an ex-Imperial, Conder regarded him as a friend and his lover. He also had considerable respect for Princess Leia and was willing to work pro bono for her. Conder also owned a specialized probe droid that was capable of tracking spy bugs. Conder also used his slicing skills to hack into several New Republic senators' datapads. In addition, Conder knew how to wield a blaster.

Quote:
L3-37
Abbreviated L3, or Elthree, or nicknamed "Vuffi," was a feminine custom self-made piloting droid associated with Lando Calrissian who was active during the reign of the Galactic Empire. She was a one-of-a-kind droid, assembling and improving herself with scraps of other droids, including her torso, which she pieced together from an old astromech. Her brain module began as part of an R3-series astromech droid, including data from an espionage droid, custom coding and protocol droid processors.

L3 was also built from already used protocol parts and was also an enlightened navigator. She cared deeply about droid rights, a trait which led to her eventual demise.

Though she originally lived in a simple astromech droid shell, L3-37's original owner left a restraining bolt off her after cleaning her sensors, leaving his droid alone in a workshop full of spare parts. Believing freedom was the ultimate goal, L3 modified herself, using protocol droid parts to give herself a humanoid form and increasing the size of her memory banks. The process of upgrading herself allowed her to become one of the most self-aware droids in the galaxy. She would eventually become the co-pilot to Lando Calrissian and traveled the galaxy with him. Calrissian benefited from her exceptional navigational database.

Characteristics
A passionate advocate for droid rights, L3-37 cared deeply about the subject, viewing humans and droids as equals. Though she lived in an era where droids were strictly forced into servitude roles, L3 inspired other units to liberate themselves and create their own destinies. In addition to being self-aware, R0-GR believed that, as long as one was not mistreating their droids, she was very likable. When discussing how she rebuilt herself, R0-GR noted that he was thankful she did not take on the arrogant demeanor of protocol droids despite taking on protocol parts. However, Hondo Ohnaka's Galactic Explorer's Guide described her as being cantankerous. L3 was also close with Lando Calrissian and claimed the man was in love with her, though she told Qi'ra she did not feel the same way and said they were not compatible.

Able to interface directly with the Millennium Falcon, she could boost the freighter's speed to unparalleled levels. Due to her lack of a single memory wipe and her heritage as an astromech, she also became one of the finest navigators in any star system.

Equipped with:
Advanced Navigational Systems: When determining the success of her Astrogation attempts, L3-37 may make a second Astrogation roll (at multi-action penalty) to reflect her access and analysis of a vast navigational database. For every +1 that L3-37's roll exceeds the astrogation difficulty on this second roll, she may reduce the journey's duration (or distance) by 1 day. If the trip duration is already 1 day or shorter (or is reduced to that duration by L3-37), then she may further reduce the trip's distance/duration by 1 hour for every +3 that she exceeds the difficulty thereafter. If L3-37 is not the primary navigator, but she or her navigational systems alone are aiding in a different character's astrogation attempt, she may still contribute the benefit of this roll without incurring a multi-action penalty, as long as she is interfaced with the ship's navicomputer.
Circular Saw: 4D-6D physical damage. Given time, L3-37 is able to cut through strong material, such as the bars of an impound lot, with her circular saw. In game terms, for each additional full round, after the first, that L3-37 uses her saw against a target or surface, while performing no other actions, she gains a +1D bonus to damage.
Cobbled-Together Body: Due to the composite nature of L3-37's body, her systems sometimes stall or fail. For example, the circuits in her back stick — something which often requires physical adjustments from Calrissian. In game terms, when L3-37 rolls a 1 on any skill check while interfaced with a starship, the roll incurs a minor starship-system-related complication.
Cranial Photoreceptor: Capable of viewing/analyzing Electromagnetic spectrum. In game terms, L3-37 can see in darkness at no penalty, provided that ambient heat sources are present.
Espionage Droid Data Architecture: Grants +1D bonus to Hide, Search, Investigation, and Security rolls.
Exposed Cabling w/ Scomp-link: Allows for easy updates and unexpected interfaces, while scomp-links allow for direct interface with Navicomputers. In game terms, when exposed connections are used for interface, L3-37 gains a +1D bonus to her Computer programming/repair rolls.
Externalized Locomotive System with Bipedally-mounted Power Cells: Provides increased stability and surprisingly agile humanoid-level coordination (grants +2 bonus to DEX and running checks).
Story Factors:
"Woke": L3-37 strongly believed that Droids should have rights equal to those of other sentient beings, and that Droids should strive to throw off the yoke of servitude that continues to see them enslaved. Because she advocated relentlessly for this cause sometimes alienated her from organic beings, although she did share a special bond with Lando Calrissian.

Quote:
Lobot
Also known by the nickname Lo, was a male human from the planet Bespin who, with the assistance of his AJ^6 cyborg construct, was paid to run battlefield calculations for the Galactic Empire. However, he eventually began working with the smuggler Lando Calrissian aboard the Millennium Falcon, running numerous criminal jobs. During one job, the theft of the Emperor's personal yacht, Lobot was gravely wounded by an Imperial Guard. In his injured state, Lobot's mind was lost and his cybernetic implants took over.

In the time to come, Calrissian became Baron Administrator of Cloud City on Lobot's homeworld of Bespin, and Lobot served as his aide and chef. As the city's computer-liaison officer, his implants enabled him to communicate with the city's central network. During the Empire's takeover of Cloud City, Lando ordered Lobot to gather their security forces to outflank the stormtroopers. Although they successfully helped evacuate the city by rounding up the stormtroopers, the city soon fell to the Empire and Lobot was captured.

Following the Empire's defeat at the Battle of Endor, Imperial Governor Ubrik Adelhard tightened his grip on the Anoat sector, home to Bespin, forming the Iron Blockade. Receiving support from the New Republic, Lobot fought to liberate his homeworld.

Personality and Traits
Lobot was a 1.75-meter-tall male human with blue eyes, light skin, and an AJ^6 cyborg construct attached to the back of his bald head. His implant detracted some of his personality, but it allowed him to make quick calculations, and he used this ability to help Lando determine the risks of missions they underwent. Prior to her departure, Lobot had a romantic relationship with Chanath Cha, and he missed her in her absence. Lobot placed trust in his friends, yet he held himself accountable for his actions, as demonstrated following his injuries acquired on the Imperialis, when his construct played a recorded message for Lando. The injuries he sustained weakened him, so he was forced to sacrifice his mind to save his friends, leaving him without a personality or ability to speak.

Lobot also displayed some introspection. Before losing his personality, he counseled Lando to use his charm and talents to find something bigger to believe in than himself and to use that power to do something good. Lobot opined that Lando was made for better things than being a scoundrel. His efficiency and near-silence made him the perfect match for Calrissian's flamboyant personality. Lobot was also known for his strict, no-nonsense personality. He was a teetotaler and opposed Calrissian's idea of gifting the young Ben Solo a blaster and lamp. He appeared to be the only person who could say no to Calrissian.

Equipment
During his time with the Galactic Empire, Lobot had an AJ^6 cyborg construct implanted into the back of his skull, allowing him to make battlefield calculations. The implants, which traded personality for productivity, would take over his mind if he lost focus. After sustaining severe injuries while aboard the Imperialis, Lobot was unable to prevent the implants from taking over, permanently making him a machine-like assistant. Years later, when Lobot worked on Cloud City, his implants allowed him to communicate directly to the city's central computer, positioning him to be the city's computer-liaison officer.

Lobot's clothing consisted of a belt projecting a clear-signal field and a Fineweave sherculién-cloth shirt. Lobot was incapable of speaking verbally and communicated using his cyborg construct, which could transmit messages to a communication device on his friend Lando's wrist.

Quote:
Mon Mothma (Appears in hologram)
A human female politician and revolutionary leader who served in the Galactic Senate and Imperial Senate as the representative of Chandrila, the leader of the Alliance to Restore the Republic, and the first Chancellor of the New Republic. Mothma came to political prominence during the Separatist Crisis and the Clone Wars when, along with such allies as Senators Bail Prestor Organa and Padmé Amidala, she became an outspoken proponent of peace between the Galactic Republic and the Confederacy of Independent Systems. She also spoke out against the increase in executive power given to Supreme Chancellor Palpatine, who transformed the Republic into the Empire at the war's end.

Mothma worked with Organa and other allies to plant the seeds of rebellion against the Imperial regime. Mothma left the Senate after publicly denouncing Emperor Palpatine, which was soon followed by the establishment of the Rebel Alliance. Mothma sanctioned the recruitment of Jyn Erso, who led the Rogue One squadron in stealing the Death Star plans during the Battle of Scarif. After the Battle of Yavin saw the destruction of the Death Star, Mothma led the Alliance through the Galactic Civil War. The Battle of Endor, which Mothma helped plan with the Alliance High Command, saw the first death of Emperor Palpatine and left the Empire in chaos.

In Endor's aftermath, the Rebellion formed the New Republic and headquartered the new Galactic Senate on Chandrila. Mothma was elected as the first chancellor of the New Republic Senate and intended to do away with Palpatine's emergency powers, which the Senate gave to the office of the New Republic chancellery. She also intended to demilitarize the Republic, hoping to cut the New Republic Defense Fleet by ninety percent while leaving the defense of member worlds to the worlds themselves. When the war with the Empire finally came to end, the Republic and the Imperial remnants signed the Galactic Concordance and the Republic passed the Military Disarmament Act. The end of Mothma's chancellery brought a close to a period of unity in the Republic, with several political factions, such as the Centrists and the Populists, breaking out in disagreement over the best future for the new government.

A male Gungan security guard at the prison moon Substation Grimdock. He was stationed in Administrative Sector 44-B when Han Solo visited the prison to gather information about Fyzen Gor and the Phylanx Redux Transmitter.

Aro N'cookaala took offense when people stereotyped his species, believing that the stereotypes were false and that those who used them were uninformed. He enjoyed providing reasons against using stereotypes, ranting triumphantly to prove his point. N'cookaala was also irritated about the divide between the Naboo and the Gungans, which he felt had barely changed since the Battle of Naboo. He also hated working at Substation Grimdock, and its Imperial-supporting management, satisfied upon being able to shoot down troopers of Sef Con.

As part of his training as a security guard, he had some ability to use a blaster, even against the highly elite Sef Con troopers.

Nine-Seven Saquanz
Also known as 9-7 Saquanz was a male Quarren who served Fyzen Gor's Brotherhood of Wire and Bone on the moon Grava in 7 ABY. He was barely recognizable as a Quarren, as three of his facial tentacles had been torn off and the remaining one was shredded to just a wisp of cartilage. Additionally, constellations of small suppurating abrasions lined the skin around his pale-blue eyes.

He and Braket Twelve-Twelve were the first to encounter Han Solo and Lando Calrissian when they arrived on Grava to find former Imperial Admiral Ruas Fastent. They asked them to hand over their weapons, but as the two smugglers refused to do so, several members of the cult emerged from the bushes including Balthamus.

Number Five, along with Number Seven, accompanied Gor to the chamber in the Mesulan Remnants Belt, confronting Lando Calrissian. Gor ordered the two droids to take Calrissian's weapons, while he activated the Phylanx. Number Five was destroyed, along with the Phylanx's chamber, by Calrissian, who managed to escape the resulting explosion.

Number Seven
One of the medical droids Fyzen Gor's Original Dozen, who had been repaired using limbs taken from Wookiees. Number Seven was one of the droids who assisted Gor in his activation of the Phylanx Redux Transmitter in the Mesulan Remnants Belt. Upon confronting Lando Calrissian, Gor ordered Number Seven and Number Five to take his weapons, but failed to notice the thermal detonators Calrissian had. Number Seven was destroyed when Calrissian used the detonators to destroy the Phylanx Redux Transmitter's chamber.
