My ideas for the Stockwell Region/Oversector campaign grew from a number of influences in recent months; a Halloween event in Hero Wars, missing SWTOR & D6 SWRP, dusting off my Sithbox (xbox) for the first time in six years one month to play KotORII: TSL again, checking saved games before making a new character...
In short, a Legacy campaign, linking past events to the present-day characters & galaxy...
It is Canon-agnostic, mostly EU/Legends with a few bits cherry-picked from the New Canon, and whatever future may unfold is not written in stone.

The Stockwell Region/Oversector is a group of six sectors on the eastern border of the Mid and Outer Rim, in Galactic Grid S-14, south of Hutt Space and east of Bothan Space, north of Manda & Rishi, west of... the Unknown...

The year is 7962 C.R.C. (15 BBY), the 4th year of the Galactic Empire.
The region represents the edge of the Empire, where a strategic pipeline linking the Mid Rim to the vast frontier of the Outer Rim Territories was contested throughout the Clone Wars.

The Naval Station Stockwell is the heart & backbone of Imperial power in the region, with key systems having outposts of one form or another. The Inquisitorius has a base in the Octooine system. Mining Guild operations in the Philipine (Philipion in older texts) & Navarro sectors provide the region with the majority of its fuel & material wealth, and feeds the Empire's operations in both the Mid & Outer Rim.

Octooine Engineering Corporation (an affiliate of C.E.C.) and the Mining Guild are the region's largest employers with operations in many systems, followed by the Stackmore Mercantile Association. Stackmore Shipping and Gremel Cargo have a 'friendly rivalry'. The Bounty Hunters Guild has Lodges on Stockwell, Urukhel & Adhok.

High Inquisitor Harker Sigil heads all Inquisitor operations in the region.
Moff Stockwell is the most influential military officer in the region, and a candidate for Grand Moff, should the region be consolidated as an Oversector.
The Stockwell & Stockton families are related, and both have a long history of military service. Those not in military service tend to have contract positions working for the major employers mentioned above.
The Stackmore family had a reputation as smugglers long ago; a reputation nearly forgotten in modern times.

History:
Largely forgotten by those who aren't historians or Jedi (or Inquisitors), the region was part of multiple Sith Empires over the millennia. First under Revan's Sith Empire during the Jedi Civil War, contested during the Dark Wars (KotORII), again under the Reconstituted Sith Empire, then the Hakkar Empire (a Sith successor state), and again under the Brotherhood of Darkness' Sith Empire.
Octooine Kyber, and odd variant of 'true' Kyber, these rare crystals were used as currency and jewelry by the region's elite, wealthy and powerful. Only rarely used in Lightsabers. When the Galactic Republic was reorganized into Galactic Empire, Octooine Kyber as a currency was outlawed, and every banking institution & business that had them had to surrender them to the state.
During the last Jedi-Sith War, the Jedi Enclave on Octooine was transformed into a Sith Academy (& Jedi prison). After the battle of Ruusan the Jedi & Republic laid siege to the Sith Academy and freed the remaining prisoners. The ruins were leveled and the Enclave was never reformed.

First Questions: any aspects/campaign elements is should include in the 1st post i have either missed or not addressed that i should?
Initial thoughts?

Question about supply lines:
Three major supply fleets make a circuit of these six sectors.
The Imperial Navy has two supply convoys, each consisting of an Altor-class supply ship, 3 Contentor-class Fleet Replenishment Ships, a Lucrehulk-class cargo battleship, various armed freighters & support ships, and escorted by a minimum of 2-3 Acclamator II-class attack ships, 4-6 Tartan-class patrol cruisers, 1-2 Lancer-class frigates...
Which ship should the command ship be?

Stackmore Shipping has a merchant fleet with 1 Container Train, a Lucrehulk-class cargo freighter, 3 Baleen-class heavy freighters and numerous other transports.

Gremel Cargo has 3 Lucrehulk-class cargo freighters, 6 Baleen-class heavy freighters and numerous other transports.
