Appearance: Adaroo stands a sturdy 1.8 meters tall, his broad frame taut with lean muscle beneath olive-tan skin etched by pockmarks and deep rune-like wrinkles. A thick white mustache drapes over his prominent tusks, framing a wide, resolute mouth. His dome-shaped head sits atop a short, blubbery neck, with tiny ear flaps tucked behind large, pupil-less white eyes that seem to glow against the swirling snows of Khorm. In battle he wears a reinforced environment suit—stained by coal-black exhaust from its back-mounted vents—and a battered leather jerkin inscribed with clan glyphs. Strapped to his belt hang a pair of heavy vibroaxes, their hafts carved from aelid horn, and a weathered horn call carved with his family’s crest.

Background: When the Separatist-backed warlord Unger Gout seized Khorm’s agrocite mines, Adaroo’s life changed forever. He watched as Gout’s climate-control station unleashed engineered superstorms across his homeland, burying fields and freezing livestock alive. At the same time his sister was taken captive to toil in the caverns, and his village elders were executed for dissent. Driven by grief and anger, Adaroo rallied fellow survivors in hidden caverns and whispered of rebellion beneath the howling winds.

His chance came when Jedi Master Plo Koon’s starship descended through the icy haze. Recognizing a kindred spirit in the calm, determined warrior, Adaroo guided the Republic forces over mountain passes and through deadly crevasses to the heart of Gout’s defenses. Under his direction, aelid-mounted shock teams struck the climate station’s power conduits, collapsing its domes and ending the artificial storm. His intimate knowledge of the aelid horn calls and tunnel networks proved decisive.

Inside the agrocite mines, Adaroo led the charge to liberate enslaved Khormai laborers. Cornered by droid battalions and facing Asajj Ventress’s lethal ambushes, he fought alongside clones, using his tusks and bulk to shield fleeing prisoners. When the final blast of thermal charges sealed the mine’s gates—killing Gout and scattering his droids—Adaroo oversaw the burial rites of fallen Khormai beneath the ice, honoring ancient traditions even amid victory.

In the war’s aftermath, Adaroo worked with Republic engineers to establish a provisional government for Khorm. He negotiated safe passage for miners and began plans to rebuild villages with new climate shelters. Though the Separatist threat receded, he remained ever vigilant—aware that Khorm’s agrocite deposits would forever draw galactic interest. Today, he holds council with Jedi envoys and Republic diplomats, determined that Khormai never again be so easily enslaved or forgotten amid the stars.

Personality: Calm under pressure yet fiercely protective of his people, Adaroo blends patient deliberation with sudden bursts of feral determination. He speaks seldom but when he does his voice rumbles like distant thunder, each word chosen to carry weight and purpose. Though grief over his captive sister still flickers behind his gaze, he greets allies with a wry humor and is quick to comfort the fearful with a reassuring nod. His loyalty is unshakeable—once he pledges himself to a cause he carries its burdens as his own—and he judges others not by rank or creed but by the strength of their convictions and their willingness to stand against injustice.
