Those look a lot like the powers list, force user groups, and lightsaber construction notes available in the Jedi Handbook fan supplement. A fan book worth downloading if you get the chance.

I'm sure he put it here because 2 of the three files are over lightsabers, and as since they are equipment he put it here. It would go best with tools (since all of the file sharing goes there), but is partially related to equipment.

Well....When i typed the post i thought i did put it on Tools. But after i clicked Submit then i relized it was in Equipment so i left it.
