Ok, I just found this thread (I have been away), and I wish I were here sooner. I see you almost gave up work for a while for lack of material. That would have been unfortunate, as I have some documents and text files that may help you with the material you seek. Following are some Yousendit links to fan-books I have collected that have a lot of D6 information gleaned from KOTOR. They need work, but may help you with some of your work:
Tales of The Republic Sourcebook
http://s63.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=07BCR4Y6WYY3X3JXISTKL94CRC
A very useful little doc with some of the equipment and ships from KOTOR as far as I can tell.
The Jedi Handbook 1.2
http://s63.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=0K1SQ197PMTKE0G8MZ1UZL6PTM
Yes, I know everyone has seen it, but the chapter on lightsaber construction and the chapters on other lightweapons and sith artifacts might be just what you were looking for. There is also some information presented in the official Tales Of The Jedi Companion about lightsaber construction and sith artifacts. This should help you with converting the lightsaber construction system (the Jedi Handbook system is fairly nice).
Lightsaber Combat Forms
http://s63.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=2ERBELP7R18DQ2TDSRE9BHKHG6
Ok, I know everyone's seen this too, but I found if you handle this using the method suggested under Martial Arts in the Rules Of Engagement (i.e. for every 1D of improvement above base skill they may use 1 special manuever) it works fairly well.
I really hope this helps renew your creative fires. _________________ "There's a set way to gain new Force Points and it represents a very nice system, where you're rewarded for heroism, not for being a poor conductor to electricity." ~Jachra |

This Old Republic book is really good, thank you for sharing it. I also had one question to ask: In KOTOR the dark side is the true ending of the story and being light just one alternative ending? Or there's no information to tell the truth? _________________ There's no such a thing as the Force's own will. You are it's will. Use it, to impose your will upon reality. You will find many of the truths we cling to depend greatly on our own point of view. In fact, it really is so. Both versions are accepted as truth. When you play KOTOR 2, you influence the game to establish which way KOTOR 1 ended. _________________ "He's Gry Sarth, of course he has the stats for them." |

But in KOTOR2 Revan is missing probably hiding in the unknown space. What I could perceive is that Revan falled again to the dark side but postponed his attack because he thought that there was something behind the mandalorian threat to the republic. Kotor2 doesn´t have an ending that could explain Revan's history neither a reasonable history to what happens to the character.
What do you think, does Revan falled again to the lure of the darkside or does he served the republic purposes? _________________ There's no such a thing as the Force's own will. You are it's will. It's rapidly gaining on my list of favorites. Lots of possibilities with the Jedi that simply aren't available during the Empire years... |

No doubt. My wife is about ready to start GMing a KotOR campaign, and I think that this sourcebook will be very valuable to her.
BTW, I know there was a hold-up with Doo Doo doing the conversions. Are those underway, or does he need help converting? |

You still coud use the KotOR book togheter with tales of the jedi companion to a better background of the past events of the universe _________________ There's no such a thing as the Force's own will.
