Just to clarify, the House Rule section of the Index would remain as-is. I’m talking about the House Rule Notes appended to the bottom of the individual stat posts. The stat posts themselves would remain largely as they are, with the only change being the positioning of the House Rule Notes. For instance, the Battery Dice would now be integrated into the Fire Arc stat for the weapon itself, rather than in a separate entry at the bottom.

I’m not seeing the issue, though. The stats wouldn’t be changed, and the house rules would be clearly designated for ease of reference or ignoring, at your preference.
