The original adventure, Tatooine Manhunt, is probably my favorite. I think I've ran it six times.

For me it's Domain of Evil. I've run it twice with different groups. Only real change I've made was linking the Jedi PC's character to the one on the planet, and the second time I adjusted the trials slightly to the PC's experiences and goals.
