No, not another Ebay score.
Was rummaging through my various SW books and magazines and found my copy of this:
which, in itself, is a collector's item. Then I turned it over and looked at the back cover and found this:

Cool. I have many years of that magazine, starting with the first issue that it changed names to Star Wars Insider. I do also have one issue of the Lucasfilm Fan Club, but not that one. In college I had sent an invitation to George Lucas to become an honorary member of my college fraternity (I was Vice President of my chapter at the time). I received a reply from his assistant that said Lucas "reviewed the contents of" my letter and declines the offer. But since I had mentioned an interest in Star Wars, here is an issue of the Fan Club magazine that has an article about the future of Star Wars.
