Shadda-Bi-Boran
The Shadda-Bi-Boran flourished under the life-giving radiation of their red-giant sun, Shadda, worshipping it through elaborate solar rites led by sun priests. As Shadda cooled toward a white dwarf in 43 BBY, their enzyme-dependent physiology failed; galaxy-wide relief efforts—led by the Refugee Relief Movement and champions like Padmé Amidala—could not find a suitable stellar analog. Stubbornly refusing stasis or carbonite preservation, the last Shadda-Bi-Boran perished in 38 BBY, their extinction sparking a lasting memorial movement (Shadda silk armbands became symbols of solidarity).
Personality: Calm and contemplative, they prized communal harmony and patience. Even in crisis, they favored peaceful counsel over conflict. Their solar faith fostered deep empathy and a gentle openness to other cultures.
Physical Description: Humanoid build, 1.6–2.0 m tall; skin in shades of emerald to lime green; large, oval black eyes adapted to bright glare; elongated slender fingers; simple sun-woven robes accented with golden filigree.
Politics: Theocracy of sun priests, who guided all civic and spiritual affairs. Decisions were made by solar synods rather than hereditary rulers.
Trade and Technology: Skilled in bio-engineering of solar-harvesting flora and textile weaving (Shadda silk). Due to their sun-dependency, they never mastered starship construction, relying on allied transport for off-world missions.
Homeworld: Shadda-Bi-Boran—once bathed in red-giant light, now a barren twilight world orbiting a white dwarf.
Languages: Shaddalic (complex tonal language), Basic (used diplomatically).
Example Names: N’a-kee-tula, Reta’lin, Sha’dua, Sol’mera

I have never seen this deleted scene before?!?!?
Thank you for sharing it.
Ep. II would have benefited greatly if more of the Naboo scenes were kept in. _________________ "The internet is a pathway to many abilities, some considered to be unnatural." - Sheev Zuckerberg |

You're very welcome. A bit of minutia for sure. Stats for a species from a scene no one has seen, a species with nothing to go on but a hologram, a race that is dead by 38 BBY and would never be played by a PC. My ADAH knows no bounds apparently. _________________ Don Diestler

Not that one. "Padmé's Bedroom" was the single most disappointing deleted scene ever.
I do think they should have kept in the Naboo scenes with Padmé's family. Padmé's nieces playing with Artoo. Padmé's dad talking with Anakin. Padmé's hot older sister. I think it would have helped with the disbelief suspension needed to accept Padmé falling in love with Anakin. _________________ *
